My husband and I take lutein in courses to help maintain our eye health. As our vision declines with age, especially from computer use, we’ve observed that eye pain diminishes and our vision becomes clearer. The tablets are small and easy to swallow; we take one daily with meals. I hope this review proves useful.

Easy on the eyes, I use my PC all day at work. We purchased this product as we were concerned about eye fatigue and declining visual acuity. I find that I no longer mind the pain in my eyes. I can sleep well as there’s no eye pain at night. This is a product I intend to continue using.

Pain and dryness alleviated
The discomfort in my eyes has ceased. I wear lenses and frequently sit in front of the monitor, resulting in aching and dryness. Since I began taking lutein, I’ve noticed that these symptoms have nearly vanished. While it may not enhance vision, it is excellent for alleviating pain and dryness, and I would highly recommend it!
